B&B Butchers & Restaurant offers a Meet Our Meat 12-Course Tasting & Wine Pairing for 12 guests, which includes the option to use Rare Force One, B&B’s custom Mercedes Benz sprinter van, to drop off and pick up the group (limit to one location each ride).

Curated by B&B’s Executive Chef Tommy Elbashary and presented by Proprietor Benjamin Berg, guests have the rare opportunity to taste and compare the flavor components of B&B’s Exclusive Cellar Cuts while learning about the meat and the dry-aging process.
