Celebration in honor of the traditional Mexican festival days related to All Saints Day and All Souls Day. Exhibition of contemporary retablos made by over 200 artists. Retablos for sale by approximately 200 of Houston area professional artists; other works and installations from nine area schools from Elementary through High School.
