Michael Bhichitkul Parading Rain

June 21, 2019 – August 18, 2019 Mary E. Bawden Sculpture Garden

About the Exhibition

Beginning with the phrase, “Don’t rain on my parade…” and combined with current explorations of using water as a medium, this outdoor installation twists the banal and usual in an absurd way. The displacement of objects reveals the absurdity of their existence, activating new ways of experiencing the commonplace.

*In conservation as of August 15.
