Watcha is a Spanglish word that means to watch and is an ekphrastic book by the writer Stalina Emmanuelle Villarreal. She will read from her poems and flash nonfiction about art in a sonic improvisation and collaboration with vocalists Ivette Román Roberto and Justin Rodriguez-Jones, trumpeter Anthony Almendárez, and contrabassists Sonia Flores and Juan J. García. These artists will be creating sonic art about art, amid The Big Show, for a meta-art experience.
