Lawndale and the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston (MFAH) are thrilled to collaborate on a dual online/in-person satellite Art Encounters experience Thursday, November 19 (digital) and Saturday, November 21 from 1 – 3 PM, in-person at Lawndale’s Mary E. Bawden Sculpture Garden.
During this iteration of the Art Encounters series, Lawndale Lending Library artist Rebecca Braziel will create and guide participants in an activity inspired by her Lawndale Lending Library artwork and the Nancy and Rich Kinder Building at the MFAH’s inaugural exhibition Line into Space. Read more from the artist on the MFAH’s blog here.
This public program is free and open to all ages.
